The Ripon Junior Triathlon is proudly presented by TBF events in collaboration with The Brownlee Foundation & Ripon Triathlon Club

This Junior Triathlon forms part of the Ripon Triathlon Festival, where we have a weekend of events suitable for everyone. The Ripon Junior Triathlon caters for children from 8 years old (born 2017) up to Youth athletes aged 16 (born 2009).

Get ready for an action-packed weekend at Ripon Triathlon Festival, where our junior races are set to inspire the next generation of triathletes! 

We have exciting races for children aged 8 and above, organised into five fantastic races:

• TRISTART - 8yrs (born 2018)

• TRISTAR 1 - 9 &10yrs (born 2016/2017)

• TRISTAR 2 - 11 & 12yrs (born 2014/2015)

• TRISTAR 3 - 13 & 14yrs (born 2012/2013)

• YOUTHS - 15 & 16yrs (born 2010/2011)

The bike and run takes place onsite, safe and traffic free on a primarily grass surface. 

These events offer young athletes the chance to experience the thrill of triathlon in a supportive and fun environment. 

All bikes welcome so come and give it a go!
